**Note**
* the way this is treated on macOS/Ubuntu seems cleaner; the option is not auto-focused so the text is there and readable;
* on Windows the option is selected when opening the dropdown making the text hard to read until hovering over other options;

**Affected versions**
* 80.0b1, 81.0a1(2020-07-28);

**Affected platforms**
* Windows 10;

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Launch Firefox and Access https://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html
2. Click on the Screen Capture option;
3. Click on the [Select Window or Screen] dropdown;

**Expected result/Enhancement suggestion**
* do not auto-focus/auto-select any option;

**Actual result**
* first-disabled option from the dropdown is selected;

**Regression range**
* not looking like a regression;
* checked with the test page but on builds prior to 2018-12 the "navigator.mediaDevices[gum] is not a function" so cannot get a proper confirmation;

**Additional notes**
* same issue on Light/Dark theme;
* attached screenshot with the issue;
* due to the nature, suggested severity is S4.
