Further testing, other DoH providers are also blocked.

However, https://1.1.1.1/dns-query (Cloudflare's non-Mozilla offering) works fine.

However, https://1.1.1.1/dns-query (Cloudflare's non-Mozilla offering) works fine and can be set using the custom option in Firefox.
