Mick P, thank you! It was for Firefox 77. Can you also attach about:support of 78 or 79? I wonder if bug 1637306 affected to this problem. It enabled WebRender on gen7.5 gt3. And can you also check the performance of Firefox 80 or nightly? 

And is it possible to update graphic driver to recent one? It seems a bit old.
