This command should work with Fission enabled. It can be implemented similarly as "WebDriver:getCurrentURL" (bug 1658928).

This command should work with Fission enabled. It would be good to have some cross-origin Wdspec tests added for it too. It can be implemented similarly as "WebDriver:getCurrentURL" (bug 1658928).
