I've also tried to validate the part with new users vs old users, but I didn't quite understand the patch that is supposed to do that. What I understood was that new users would get the new values and old users will keep the old or the customizations, if they did any.

Testing on Nightly 82, with update from 81 or just an older profile, I would still get the new profiles: and general.smoothScroll.mouseWheel.migrationPercent - 0.

:kats, could you pretty please detail a bit more what I should be expecting here?
