Does "loads scripts from tracker.com" mean having an iframe which loads a scripts and those iframes sharing the same process, yet not having BroadcastChannel or such between the iframes (because of partitioning)?

Does "loads scripts from tracker.com" mean having an iframe which loads scripts and those iframes sharing the same process, yet not having BroadcastChannel or such between the iframes (because of partitioning)?
