What surprises me is that if you start out with focus on 3-pane's message list, you cannot move the focus there. And also that when the 3-pane is getting the keyboard action on folder list, at the same time you can still use TAB to navigate on the account settings tab. Is this not deeper than just forcing focus somewhere?
