Eden, Andrew I think it would be a good idea to review the current plan and check if something is missing or if anything can be simplified. For example, we have a blocker here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1426401, which depends on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1231208 (Service worker e10s redesign)
