This seems to actually be a WebRender bug. On my system, I can reproduce in Nightly 2021-02-01 but not in 2021-01-01, and mozregression gave me this break range: https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/pushloghtml?fromchange=9226bc3ca03cb41a7ff3047d4c3029eba25b3c38&tochange=677276fcfc39b39dd806cf86cd58532f2215417c ...which is " Bug 1689189 - Ship Software WebRender to users with large screens in nightly and early beta". I can reproduce similar breakage in Nightlies from a year ago, with the legacy print-preview, in a profile with WebRender force-enabled (`gfx.webrender.all` = `true`).
