STR:
1. Visit https://www.twitch.tv/videos/845353044 and observe the video player in Firefox Nightly 86.0a1 on desktop

**Expected:**
Video plays

**Actual:**
Not possible to play the video and an error is displayed:
"Your browser encountered an error while decoding the video. (Error #3000)"
