There is one case that particularly bothers me here, that is dragging a window with a focused address bar. That will lose focus. I must also note that I was testing Chrome in regard of this, and they act the same as us. I'm starting shifting my opinion towards doing this much later in the Proton chain (maybe one of the last things), it's actually high likely that this will be a non-issue with the non-expanding urlbar.
