This is what I see, the plain/text part is displayed correctly. It works fine on reply, too.

EDIT: If I change multipart/mixed to multipart/alternative where indicated, TB and OL only show the HTML part and it looks completely fine.
So as I said, other than the inexplicable multipart/mixed which I cannot reproduce, I can't see an issue.
