I wanted to share a progress update for this feature — I stubbed out adding [`django-ftl`](https://github.com/django-ftl) into the Relay django app. - Draft PR: https://github.com/mozilla/fx-private-relay/pull/815 This is definitely only a first step. I would like to consult with someone from the l10n team on how the FTL files should be structured. Specifically, [Firefox Monitor's files](https://github.com/mozilla/blurts-server/tree/main/locales/en) are structured very differently than [Bedrock](https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/tree/master/l10n/en)(A few shared files, rather than a very page-by-page system). Additionally, I'm not sure how to best to share FTL resources between the Django app and the add-on too (which has not been stubbed in this PR yet). :flod – I would love to get your perspective on this first draft. May I please tag you in the PR for a quick review? I'm also happy to jump on a call to talk through everything.
