I don't know why but I can reproduce this issue in my environment ONLY when "lastpass" addon is enabled. Also the two authentication dialogs look different. Hi Tobias, Do you also install "lastpass", if yes, could you help check if this can be reproduced after disabling it? If no, could you help check if you can reproduce this issue in the [safe mode](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode)?
