I've closed bug 1699500 and bug 1699501 since it seems restyle/reflow are no longer a problem here (we're not spending significant time in those areas when loading this site, like we were back when I filed them).

I've closed as WFM bug 1699500 (filed for slow restyles) and bug 1699501 (filed for slow reflows), since it seems restyle/reflow are no longer a problem here (we're not spending significant time in those areas when loading this site, like we were back when I filed them).
