Oops, sorry that's important information :-) I think it's best to test this with current daily, as a fix went into 147 (which is the current daily) a few weeks ago that fixed the manual account config flow. I updated the instructions above with that requirement.

I updated the instructions above with that requirement. 147 goes to beta next week, so after next week either beta or daily should work.
