Can you attach your `about:support` contents? Can you also generate a memory report at `about:memory` and attach it to the bug at the 100% (bad?) and 150% (good?) scaling cases? Check the verbose box please so that we get small icons. If you get WebRender, can you force disable WebRender via `gfx.webrender.force-disabled`, does the problem persist (our SVG rendering paths are slightly different, and I wonder if there is a bug here)?
