Hey Hiro, I can confirm this is indeed not reproducible anymore on Nightly 90.0a1 (90.0a1 (2021-05-19). Tested it out with both the magic mouse-touchpad combination as well as only with the touchpad. However, this is only fixed in Nightly, Beta 89.b14 is still affected given we did not uplift Bug 1707605. If you could update the status flag for Nightly to fixed and also whiteboard what fixed this that would also be great, for future tracking purposes.
