Since Bug 1697943 we that we no longer show text in `<b>` tags as bold in permission prompts. This makes the the origin in the requestStorageAccess permission doorhanger really difficult to see. It's important that users can clearly identify the requesting origin in this prompt. This is a regression of Bug 1697943.
