I set  network.cookie.sameSite.laxByDefault to false then restarted Firefox, and CCADB production stopped displaying the error messages. 

Then to see if I can reliably recreate the error, I set  network.cookie.sameSite.laxByDefault  back to true and restarted Firefox, and I have not been able to get the error message to display again.

Note: I haven't used private browsing today. I cleared recent history for today and restarted Firefox Nightly. I still have not been able to reproduce the problem.
