Please add a trigger to intermediate certificate pages, so that when auditor is changed, the auditor location gets cleared. For example: https://ccadb.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/Account/0011J00001Rf5OOQAZ/view The auditor changed from Auren to Ernst & Young, but the location was still in Spain so for the user it seemed fine to leave Spain. However, in CCADB, each Auditor object has a set of Auditor Location objects, so when changing the auditor to Ernst & Young, the Auren Spain object needs to be removed from the intermediate cert's Auditor Location field.
