Do we have an ETA on a proper fix? For some reason I hit this constantly despite the above, possibly because I'm constantly switching between mozilla-central and a project branch, and it is really eating into my time.

Do we have an ETA on a proper fix? I should clarify, I've been using the suggestion in comment 9, not yet tried that in comment 19.
