For some reason, ccov tests run _significantally_ longer on the new Windows 10 2004 Azure workers. This causes lots of timeouts on xpcshell as per Bug 1723430.

Idecided with :jmaher that we will revert _all_ Windows 10 x64 2004 ccov jobs back to AWS for now.

I decided with :jmaher that we will revert _all_ Windows 10 x64 2004 ccov jobs back to AWS for now.
