**Steps to reproduce**
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Go to add-ons and themes.
3. Select Cheers->Balanced theme and enable.
4. On address bar click on Bookmark button.
5. Check the background for Name and Tags edit fields.

**Expected result**
* Background should be black based on applied theme.

**Actual result**
*Background should be black based on applied theme

**Suggested Severity**
* S4, since it is a display issue.
* On Nightly Windows7 issue is not reproducing.
