i found 383 network interfaces not associated with a virtual machine but retaining an ip address and purged them and their public ip addresses to free up further allocation.

i found 383 network interfaces not associated with a virtual machine but retaining an ip address and purged them and their public ip addresses to free up further allocation. edit: the azure console does not provide a good mechanism for removal of orphaned nics. to purge these i triggered a [purge job](https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/tasks/MueiuLEsRHOqNm55q0gA7g/runs/0/logs/public/logs/live.log) with an [empty commit](https://github.com/mozilla-platform-ops/cloud-image-builder/commit/1eaae95) using a commit message containing the magic instruction `purge-taskcluster-resources`.
