This is only a minor change and probably only a few users will ever see it, but it bothers me :-)

When at least one language is installed and the user removes all languages inside the "Languages" AOM tab, the empty list header is shown, which is "Get themes and extensions on ... ". 

This should actually be "Get language packs on ..." and should point to the language section of AMO.
