#### Affected Versions:
All latest Firefox versions: Nightly 96.0a1, Beta 95, Release 94

#### Tested on:
MacOS 10.15
Windows 10

#### Preconditions:

  browser.search.region FR
  extensions.formautofill.supportedCountries FR
  download latest Firefox Nightly with region locale (switch extensions.formautofill.available to "on" for testing non-Nightly builds)

#### Steps to reproduce:

   1. Reach the payment form on fr.aliexpress.com
   2. Using autofill feature, select 1 saved CC entry.
   3. Click on any auto-filled field and choose to "Clear Form".

#### Expected Results:

  The autofilled dropdown should show only the clear form and autofill options when the fields are already autofilled.


#### Actual Results:
   The dropdowns toggled for the autofilled fields behave like the fields are empty, ex: saved CC entries are listed, Clear Form option is not displayed. The expiray date dropdown does not work.  (see the video attached for a better understanding)


#### Notes:
None of the payment auto-filled fields are highlighted. All the auto-filled fields should be highlighted with the auto-fill specific yellow color. (please let me know if a separate bug is needed for this).
Reproducible on Chrome: No
Regression range: not a recent regression.
