We appreciate your report. I was not able to reproduce the issue due to the fact that following the link provided, the page returns a "Survey not available" message on all browsers.

Browser / Version:  Firefox Nightly 98.0a1 (2022-01-11) (64-bit)/Chrome Version 97.0.4692.71 (Official Build) (64-bit) 
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
