share of Win7 6.1.7600 updates (I'm unclear if we have this information?)

I'm not sure sure if we have this. If not, can we use OS version + currently installed buildid as a proxy? (ie: if people fail to update they'll either get stuck on an old buildid, or possibly even stop reporting in at all.)
