**Affected versions** 98.0b8 (20220222185824) **Preconditions** Have Firefox flatpak installed (https://flathub.org/apps/details/org.mozilla.firefox) **Affected platforms** Ubuntu 20.04 **Steps to reproduce** Launch Firefox and change the default Downloads folder from about:preferences(e.g to Desktop). Download a random test file from https://www.thinkbroadband.com/download . Click on Show in Folder/Open containing folder from Downloads Panel. **Expected result** Folder is opened as expected, showing the previously downloaded file. **Actual result** The folder is not opened; instead, a pop-up message appears. **Regression range** N/A **Attachments** There is a screenshot attached of the pop-up window/error after changing the default download path. **Notes ** Might be a permission issue, however, this is not reproducible on a beta build. I haven't reproduced this on other platforms yet; looking for confirmation.
