Thanks for the bug report, and thanks for being a long-time user. I've gotta step back for a sec and request-that-you-refrain from these sorts of all-caps/not-constructive comments, though:

We realize you're passionate; please keep in mind that we're a small team, trying to do our best, and these sorts of comments aren't helpful.  I've gotta call attention to it & ask that you not post stuff like that going forward.

Having said that, let's move forward here and do our best to isolate the specific bugs/quirks that are causing trouble here.
