Reproduced the issue on Nightly 101.0a1(2022-04-10) on macOS 13.2 by following the STR from Comment 79 and the ones from the duplicates. This was reproduced in the following configurations: 1. Fullscreen mode on. 2.On internal screen screen(MacBook Air). With "Displays have separate Spaces" turned on and off in macOS System Settings > Desktop & Dock The issue is no longer reproducible on Nightly 111.0a1 (2023-02-07) on the same system using same configuration as above.
