Fixes the regression caused by changes in bug 1768121 so that the bad
certificate override dialog now appears when "Get Messages" is clicked.

Fixes the regression caused by changes in bug 1768121 so that the bad
certificate override dialog now appears when "Get Messages" is clicked.
This changes the previous patch to remove the added alert messages as wanted by Magnus. So there will not yet be a notification that a overridable certificate error is present until the user clicks "Get Messages" and, due to bug  1783538, clicking it may not immediately bring up the override message so multiple clicks may be needed.
