Testing with the current FF release (100.0.1), I can't reproduce this bug on macOS 10.15.7.

I currently don't have a way to test on Windows. Later I'll test on Linux.

This is ambiguous. Are you saying the bug doesn't happen with "Save to PDF"?

Edit: I also don't see the bug (on macOS 10.15.7, in the print preview) when I choose to print to my Lexmark X363dn printer.
