We need to get some Mozilla Windows developers involved here, both to find out how reproducible this bug is and to look for ways to fix it (other than by doing a Windows-specific backout of my patch for bug 1719215). I'll look for "blame" in the Windows-specific printing code, and CC here some of those who are still active.
