Thanks again.
Given that we now no of at least one way that [this assertion](https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/mozglue/misc/WindowsProcessMitigations.cpp#47-49) can trip, I'm going to guess that something else is causing similar issues here.
Just pushed a try build with that removed.
