I'm seeing this symptom on Mac also, both with the production 1password browser extension version 2.3.3 and the beta version of 2.3.6.

Adding a few of the folks touching cookie bits to the CC to see what their thoughts are.

I suppose one could run `mozregression` against `autoland` to find the exact regressing commit.
