... although actually, the simplest way to check if it's bug 1733821 is probably to try to repro this in a local build with [D149545](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D149545) and [D149546](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D149546) reverted. If that fixes this behavior, I think it's worth committing the revert and uplifting to beta — although the other issue presents as more severe, it requires the user to be in a very unusual configuration, and a workaround exists. Neither of those are true here.
