**User story**
As a user, I want to be able to launch PiP full-screen mode without using a keyboard shortcut. 

**Acceptance Criteria**
1. The fullscreen button is visible alongside other PiP controls as I hover over the PiP window.
2. Clicking the full-screen button resizes the PiP window to full-screen size. 
3. The button changes state in full-screen mode and upon clicking returns PiP window to its last previous size.
