Kershaw, this test is perma-crashing across all platforms at the moment. Is this something we can try to fix?

Kershaw, this test is perma-crashing across all platforms at the moment. Is this something we can try to fix? FWIW, based on Try testing I've done, I'm pretty sure that we can completely remove the expectations INI file for this test if we fix the crash.
