I've added explicit device exclusions for Fenix/Focus/Klar to prevent it from being offered to x86 devices running Android 9. It won't help the users who've already received the update, but it will prevent any others from getting it. Also, Play Store statistics suggest an upper bound of ~4000 affected installs for this issue.
