Launch Firefox and go to a pdf, for example https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040.pdf . 2. Select the Text button and insert some text on pdf. 3. Click on print button from pdf toolbar. 4. Save the document via Save to PDF. 5. Open the saved PDF in Firefox and select the previously inserted text. **Expected result** - Text is selected. **Actual result** * Text is not selected. **Regression range** - Not a regression since this is a new feature. **Notes** - Instead of selecting the text, the tooltip is shown.
