Speedometer on Samsung Galaxy A51 (but not Google Pixel 2) was bimodal (between 17-21, high is faster) until around 2022-09-01 when it stabilized around 21. Speedometer regressed, becoming bimodal again (17-21), around 2022-10-10:

This is the autoland pushlog for the first slow test run, but since the test is intermittently slow, the regressing changeset might not actually be in this pushlog:
