Note that the `WinWindowOcclusionTracker` one seems to be responsible for quite some thunderbird shutdown hangs.

Note that the `WinWindowOcclusionTracker` one seems to be responsible for quite some thunderbird shutdown hangs.

Just using `nsThread::Shutdown` might not help (though spinning the MT event loop while waiting is an improvement), but at least the hang will happen when expected.
