I am starting to think that maybe this is me fat-fingering ctrl-m when I am actually trying to do ctrl-n. They're right next to each other after all so it might be the cause. =). I experienced this the muted video other day while attempting to watch a video from IMDB but I didn't look at the tab to see if it indicates if it's muted or not. For now, I am going to close a WFM and try to be mindful of looking at the tab rather than flailing about in the sound mixer. If it happens again and there is no indication of it being muted, I'll reopen.
