* Unaffected platforms: Win 10, MacOS

**Preconditions**
* Opera/Vivaldi is installed(stable version from Ubuntu apps or from the following link: https://www.opera.com/download, I downloaded .deb file) and has user data to import:
- browsing history
- saved bookmarks
- saved Logins and Passwords
- search bar history
- cookies
* Set prefs "browser.migrate.opera.enabled" and "browser.migrate.vivaldi.enabled" on true on Firefox.

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open Firefox
2. Choose one of the options to Import Data from Another Browser(from Library, Bookmarks Toolbar or about:logins).

**Expected result**
* Opera and Vivaldi browsers should be available on Import Settings and Data window

**Actual result**
* Opera, Vivaldi browsers are missing from the selection list(from Import Settings and Data window)

**Regression range**
* Not a regression. New feature implementation

**Additional notes**
* This issue is reproducible only on Ubuntu. 
* Only Chrome browser is displayed on Import Settings and Data window
