I just tried loading a locally saved copy of it, in a debug build, with the attached `prefs.js`, and I don't hit any asserts or other issues. Similarly: I can load that testcase in my debug build with a fresh profile with named-pages preffed on, with no issues. Tyson, could you check again if we're still hitting this? If so, a pernosco trace might be useful, since I'm having trouble repro'ing (and I suspect Emily may be as well)
