Firefox View Data Collection Request

    1. How long people are looking at an empty synced tabs list after syncing a new device

    1. This measurement will help us prioritize implementing potential mitigations for the empty state

    1. We need numbers from the wild to get enough data to assess the severity of this issue

    1. We will look at the mean and distribution of the aggregated values, to understand how often and how long users get into this state for

    1. Internal Mozilla dashboards.

    1. No
