I'm also not sure if this could be relevant or not, but it looks like this alert is precisely aligned with an "infra change" marker in the graph. If you click the 1% or 2% values in comment 0 and hover the yellow bar near the middle of the graph (which happens to precisely align with the alert), it shows this message about the infrastructure change: `simple implementation of a test run manager for mozilla tests at bitbar` I don't know what that means or if it's relevant to this particular testsuite or not... aesanu perhaps you know where to find out more about that?
