[Why is this notable]: We are now translating page titles and placeholders in web pages.
[Affects Firefox for Android]: Not yet.
[Suggested wording]: When translating web pages, we are now also translating page titles and text displayed in form controls (i.e. placeholder).
[Links (documentation, blog post, etc)]: N/A.
